I started making videos in 2005 for the competitive live screenings for Channel 102 (since renamed Channel 101-NY) with two long running series -- My Wife, The Ghost and Cakey! The Cake from Outer Space -- and an even greater number of single-episode misfires. Lately I've been doing the standard direct-to-internet only releases and several of these have been on the front page of FunnyorDie, which someone might find impressive.

I've made videos professionally (as in, commissioned/licensed for cash money) for SuperDeluxe (Turner's defunct website), Marvel Comics, and Atom Films.

Welcome to my Study

Bombing after one episode at Channel 102 (where the audience votes on which shows continue to the next screening), this experiment in weirdness found a devoted following on YouTube.

Cakey! The Cake from Outer Space created for Channel 102, with more episodes commissioned by SuperDeluxe.com
by Dyna Moe & Kirk Damato. 8 episodes. 2006-8.

Duncan (Gavin Speiller) is a 13-year-old boy with a rapid-aging disease, a dead mom, and an alcoholic cross-dressing father, but he also has a magic alien cake that has amazing powers.

My Wife, The Ghost created for Channel 102
by Dyna Moe and Kirk Damato. 5 episodes. 2005.

In the tradition of Bewitched, My Favorite Martian, My Mother The Car and I Dream of Jeanie, My Wife, The Ghost is a circa-1962 supernatural comedy of a young widower (Kirk Damato) navigating wacky situations as he is haunted by his recently killed (but otherwise perfectly nice) wife (Sarah Burns of I Love You, Man).

The goal was to tell a heartstring-tugging tale with absolutely no likable or sympathetic characters. Probably in bad taste. Killed by audience.
